It saves dishes and lots of time. With the convenient "bowl scale" Baking Star you can very easily weigh solid and liquid ingredients consecutively and process everything together in one single bowl. Starting with a load capacity of 3 kg/3 litre and maximum weighing precision, with graduation to precise grams, it is possible to precisely weigh different ingredients like flour, milk, oil or water in one single bowl.

The scale switches into the respective mode with the push of a button, and of course it has the convenient tare function. The very spacious mixing bowl offers a volume of 1.5 litre so it can even handle larger volumes.
