About Our Returns Policies

GB Garden Home, offer returns for defective items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Our policies are in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 & Distance Selling Regulations June 2014.

To return a defective item please contact by email or telephone 01204 558160 for our free collection service for refund or exchange.

If a product becomes defective after 30 days, the manufacturer warranty will be in force. It is essential that when you receive your product you register your product with the manufacturer, this may be by returning warranty card or registering on the manufacturers website as per manufacturers instructions.

Your right to Cancel

GB Garden Home, have a 14 days cancellation policy, with effect from the day on which the contract was made in compliance with Distance Selling Regulations June 2014.

All goods that have been supplied, must be returned in original/New condition and purchaser will be liable for any shipping costs, unless goods supplied are defective or not as advertised/ordered.

You must contact by email or telephone 01204 558160 for instructions on returning goods within 14 days from the original order date.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction within 14 days of receipt of goods in warehouse or cancellation of an unfulfilled order.

These return policies do not affect your Statutory Rights.

Extended Christmas Returns/Cancellation Policy

We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season. Items dispatched by GB Garden Home during the period from 1 December, 2016 to 31 December, 2016 inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on 14th January, 2017. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 14-day period for items dispatched after 31 December, 2016.
